Over priced, incompetent and very poor workmanship.
Fitters broke window frame and tried to hide the damage with a bodged repair job. Never got a FENSA certificate until 3years later! Never got an apology.
Also, they use contractor window fitters.....the same contractors used by Anglian’s cheaper competitors like safe style UK, ......SO WHY PAY MORE?
