Poor workmanship
3 months to install door despite sales advisors stating 1 month
Customer service ignore the complaint and try fobbing you off
When they fixed the door that broke after a week, they ticked all the customer boxes rather than me saying it was fine and it looks like a bodge job
To top it off, I noticed sealant coming out of the letterbox
Waiting a week still for a a manger to call.
