- Staff were rude, and were verbally abusive to our neighbours with mental health problems. The neighbours were so upset that they have now refused to allow access, meaning that the scaffolding is still in situ.

- Bullying tactics were used on my partner.
- Fittings were cancelled with less than a day’s notice, resulting in loss of income.
- Sending threatening letters.
- Abysmal customer service.
I can genuinely say that I’ve never had a worse experience with a company.
