Waste of time. Salesman provided misleading information on lead time initially to get the contract. Breached their own terms and conditions as survey was not carried out within 21 days of the signing of the contract. Blamed Covid, Brexit, etc.
Make sure you read the contract carefully and query their lead times, chances are that they will fail on delivery timelines by a long shot, but will get away with it.
