Probably theost arrogant sales rep in the business and even quoted us for a wrong door design, appeared to be content on disrespecting other manufacturers than anything, completely mis represented their BBA /BSI certifications closing they were for their company service when they are for material compliance ( I'm an ISO certification auditor) he even tried to lecture me on my job !
Don't bother with this company as it'll be a wasted hour you won't get back
