Customer service isn't the best. In fairness we didn't go ahead with the contract (looking at the reviews here maybe it is a good thing), but it was only because they couldn't provide a product the sales person offered us. Weird to begin with. We are now waiting for the refund of the deposit and its only been a month - mind you it takes 5 - 7 working days to process according to them. They are keen to take money from the customer but to give it back it is a hassle. I really hope we didn't lost almost £2k
