I don't think Anglian Windows deserve even one star. I made a deposit for a door of £300 but when it was delivered it was not the correct door. When I asked them to make the door I had specified they could not do it so I expected them to return my deposit. Instead I received a letter asking me to pay for the door (which I had never had) and if I did not pay they would take me to court. I responded by letter having already responded by emails and that was October 2021 and I still have no reply .
and no refund.
Spectacularly bad service but also immoral!
