Got new conservatory 21 years ago and still looks great, 2 days after it was finished it rained and roof leaked phoned them up came next morning to repair no problems since, got new windows 4 years ago no problems there ,need new front door rep coming Sunday probably buy that as well, so far anglian has been great.any problems we've had like blown windows have been replaced quickly and no questions asked,really good customer service.
