Never, ever, ever work with this company. Totally useless. Especially if you are based in Bath as you will work with the most incompetent team in the country. We ordered windows, they arrived months later totally the wrong size, and then when we agreed with the company they'd replace them an order wasn't place for over 5 months. You will not reach a single human being who can help you on the phone. STAY WELL CLEAR. I cannot stress this enough.
