I had new windows and a front door fitted in Dec 2021. From Jan 2022 the lock mechanism on the front door would not work, effectively trapping my family inside the house. It's now Oct 22 and 4 no show engineer appointments, 2 mis-placed parts excuses and countless daily phone calls to them and yet still no further along. I'm still having to climb out of the downstairs window to leave the house on occasions. Just appalling after sales. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
