1st November - we had two new windows fitted - one ( the downstairs living room window had a scratch about six inches long
The installers said we would get a new pane of glass “ in two weeks”
We have phoned , e- mailed , an inspection visit not fulfilled
We expected a good service from Anglian windows
Please change the damaged pane - we paid in full but are feeling so disappointed at the after service
