I would give this Company no stars if I could. How they have been in business for 55 years is beyond me. I ordered a door through Safestyle, who went into administration a week before my door was due to be fitted. Anglian Windows have taken over this company and I was told Safestyle customers would be dealt with in order. Firstly they told me they had tried to get in touch and had left me messages when I first complained. This was partly a lie, as they had rung me before on my number but then quoted a number that wasn’t mine! My order has been pending now for six months. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would ring me within 48 hours……no surprise that they didn’t. I have therefore decided to bite the bullet, accept my loss of door survey fee and go somewhere else. When I rang they had the audacity to tell me I would probably incur cancellation fees!!! More chance of me eating my own head than paying anything or recommending them to anyone. Just do yourselves a favour and go ANYWHERE ELSE.
