An appointment had been arranged specifically for an in-person free quote this evening at 7pm. No show. Instead, received a text message 20 mins later, asking me to contact them. The guy I spoke to apparently had no information other than a request for a virtual appointment with me. When I explained what the quote was for & why an in-person appointment had been requested, there was no interest, concern or apology. Quite a non-chalant attitude. Needless to say, we decided NOT to get a quote afterall, & after reading all of the reviews, seems like we've had a lucky escape.. We will not be approaching this company again. Neither will we be recommending them.
