Shame you cant give zero stars. The inital engineer and fitting was great, however all the trouble started when i realised he was fitting the wrong handles. This was 4 months ago and deapite service visits being arranged they either bring the wrong part or don't even bother turning up at all. The supposed local agents avoid all calls and don't reply either. Complete cowboy of a company who don't care about their customers at all. I have now gone down the root of asking for my old doors to be put back on (i know they will disposed if them) and stopping my direct debit payments due to breech of contract. Avpid at all coats.
