Original appointment was cancelled by the sales person the day before arriving. Re-arranged for a few days later. Agreed a 5pm consultation. They arrived at my property at 3pm (probably trying to finish the day earlier) which was picked up on my doorbell when I was away at work. Later in the day, 15mins before appointment, he said that we might have to reschedule. He assumed we had an appointment at 5:30pm. Said I couldn't do later in the week, so he came on agreed date. Sales person dismissed local companies, overinflated what Anglian could offer and said only they provide good quality composite doors. Did a brief design session. Got an overinflated price of £4.5K for one front door, which he got down to £2K. I think my facial expressions said it all. Pressure sales about being a good offer and would be hard to get down to this again. As a relatively younger person I would hate to think what vulnerable customers experience. Poor customer service and sales person on this experience, would not recommend.
