Salesman turned up for a "30 min" appointment which lasted at least twice that before we had to try and get him out by explaining that we needed to work. Wanted to use the WiFi, wanted a hot drink, wanted to use our toilet. Just classic tactics to get us to feel obliged to commit to them. Turned aggressive when we said we didn't want to make a decision on the day. Dread to think what it's like for vulnerable people who allow these people into their homes.
A better company came and measured and left in 15 mins.
