We didn't have a bad experience, we just didn't have any experience. We had confirmation of time and date waited for 30 mins, nothing.
We called anglian who told us no one is booked to come out, no apology for wasting our time. But when he offered to rebook another appointment we declined the offer as we don't want to waste our time again.
Their loss as we were return customers and it was just going to be a paperwork exercise. Never again and no more recommendations.
