I am highly unimpressed by service of this company as I have booked 4 times and no-one turn up either in remote or in person appointment..I have called them and they always apologise and book it for next day and same thing happen.if they can do impersonating or remote, just let me know rather than wasting my time. I just need a quote which can be done by them online too. I would say a very poor customer services by them as being one if reputable company.i would write it today as I am waiting for appointment at 6pm and no one turned up...
