Offered a job as a field manager, my contract stated 37.5hrs per week however you’ll be expected to be married to the job starting at 7am until your finish your calls,(No overtime pay)company is all about profit, the standard of work is awful and a rubbish product at that.
Ive been in the double glazing industry for 25years is this is the worst I've seen.
Needless to say i dont work there anymore.
