On 19th March I had a new window installed, which in itself was done very well. I have been very happy with the results of the window itself.
The issue is that the scaffolding has been left up, and I have received no calls back after multiple attempts to chase up. Phone calls to customer service have taken half an hour plus to speak to someone. All that customer service can do is request a call back from the local office responsible, but I have not received a response back. I have emailed but received no response. I have now raised a complaint because it is unacceptable to have scaffolding left on the property weeks after the job, and even more unacceptable to not respond to the customer to arrange a removal.
