Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable and Unprofessional Service I am extremely disappointed with Anglian Windows. I had an installation scheduled for today (a door and a window), which I had been waiting for over two months. In order to be available, I had to take an unpaid day off work — something that is not easy to do. To my frustration, I received a call this morning from their team leader saying that the installation had been cancelled and they would not be coming today after all. No proper explanation, no prior notice — just a last-minute cancellation after such a long wait. This is completely unacceptable. Their lack of reliability and professionalism has caused me both financial loss and a great deal of frustration. After such a long delay, to be treated like this is simply disgraceful. I would give zero stars if I could. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid.
