Scaffolding turned up ,fitters turned up on time - no equipment for them no contact with company no liaison - head office has no idea- so fitters went home Didnt turn up the next day- we were not informed by company - apparantly they had been sent to another job Again no complete supply of materials on the 3rd and 4th days - no leaf guards for gutters. Scaffolders held up because of this 4th day fitters went home as towers had not been ordered and only arrived after they had gone The fitters and scaffolders were patient and very polite The service and communication and arrangement of logistics is almost non existent and done on the hoof No customer service liasion They expect us to project manage Pathetic Cannot recommend this company
