I organised someone to come and give me a quote for a front door. I wasn't really asked what I wanted or shown options, the sales person said they understood my "vibe" and started building the door design for me (I assume using the most expensive options) the quote was very high and I was told it could be halved if I agreed to the quote there and then, which I wasn't prepared to do. The sales person even had their boss on the phone teying to persuade me to say yes there and then. The whole ordeal made me uncomfortable and wasted over an hour of my time. I'd avoid if I were you.
