We’ve had an awful experience with Anglian. They made a major error in ordering the wrong windows, which left us unable to use one of our rooms weeks. The inconvenience this caused was significant, yet all we received in response was a generic apology. Their customer service has been consistently poor—difficult to reach, unhelpful when contacted, and lacking any real accountability. For the price you pay, the service and quality are incredibly disappointing. In my opinion, you’d be better off going with a cheaper provider—you’d likely receive the same level of service, if not better. Very poor experience overall. I would not recommend Anglian to anyone.
