Was not happy with the end result of a new fitted door, if you go ahead with any installation never have it done on a Friday as there is absolutely nobody around after 5pm Friday until Monday, our door could not close fully as a result we could not leave the house unattended, absolutely no weekend customer service available, would not use again, will upgrade with local installer, poor customer service, poor management uptake, poor communication, once order placed, once final Bacs done, absolutely nothing, yes we had the door fitted correctly three days later, but that's three days too late...
