Salesman (after a 5 hour visit!) promised me exactly what I wanted. Signed the contract and paid my deposit of nearly £2k. Surveyor called a month later and told me the company don't provide what the salesman had specified but they won't refund my deposit as they say the 7-day cooling off period is from the time the salesman calls and this had already past. Tried to explain to the company by phone, email and letter that this is their breach of contract but they're not interested. I'm still fighting. Dishonest company. If I could have given no stars, I would have. I would never ever recommend this company.
