I have a totally unusable door, fitted four years ago, still under guarantee - it is impossible to reach Anglian by phone, you have to fill in an online form with your problem, a week later not even a courtesy call. This was an expensive item and it is now not fit for purpose. Never again will I recommend Anglian.
