Bad experience when returning an unsuitable item to the local shop to me, the customer service was appalling. The atitude of the shop manger left me very angry I have been a customer for many years spending a large amount of money. Initially I was told to return item by customer services no issues with that but the reception at the shop!! was unwarranted.
I will never use this awful company again.
