Placed an order for some goods they dispatched the small cheaper tackle but there was a Trakker Bivvy which wasn't dispatched no reason for it.
I called their help desk spoke to an absolute diamond of a guy called Jason who was very sympathetic I explained that the bivvy didn't arrive, he spent 5 minutes looking into it explained what had happened and assured me I would receive it Monday and as per his word the courier has advised Monday it is. Just wanted to say thanks Jason great ambassador for AD
