Absolutely terrible customer service. I followed their sizing chart and then ordered a size up to ensure it would fit. Both dresses are way to small! Their response was "we go off your measurements you must have sent them wrong" and refuse to refund or exchange. The terms and conditions for returns are based on the problem, given all the other reviews here I really wonder what could possibly justify a return at this point. These dresses were for my son and daughters weddings this summer. I have no time to get any other dresses because of COVID and I'm out over $200. If this company showed even an ounce of remorse or compassion I wouldn't be so insistent on warning others to stay away. If someone in a manager position reads this I'd really appreciate a response given the chaos I've experienced.
