I placed an order for renal cat food and paid for express delivery, after a week I had not even received a despatch email, I contacted and spoke with someone who could give me no explanation of why this had happened. I requested a refund which would take three days and I am still waiting for a supervisor to contact me with an explanation.
Should be a no star option!!
