My dog has allergies , Ordered a prescription of apoquel 8 days ago they debited my money immediately and I’m still waiting for the tablets to arrive . Checked my online status says ‘ awaiting vet approvals ‘ I’ve double checked my prescription meets their criteria which it does , I’ve tried calling numerous times- answerphone then cuts off saying too busy .call back later . I’ve emailed twice still no correspondance . My dog now only has 2 days of medication left . They’re now putting animals lives and comfort at risk. This is not what I was expecting at all as I’ve used this company for last 2 yrs and they’ve always processed and delivered the meds within 3 days . Somethings not right here i think they’re being dishonest and surmising tberes some licensing problems, therefore I’m intending to cancel my order and ask for a refund , il go elsewhere . Most recent reviews are saying similar .

Placed order with valid Prescription uploaded, meeting all new criteria over a week ago and status is still ‘validating’ Prescription, sent email, no reply. Tried ringing multiple times trying all automated options, when put through to an advisor told they are too busy and ring back later - goodbye! Don’t know what’s happened to Animed, seems to have gone really down hill so have cancelled order, now waiting for refund, which they debited my account the instant order was made! Gone elsewhere and will not be returning!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Terrible and shocking service!!! Won’t give me my prescription even though my vet has gave them all the updated information they requested! Shocking service! They are failing pets massively.

Disgusting liers.....do not use this company...tried for a full week to get my prescriptions but kept refusing them because of missing information my vet sent through 4 amended prescriptions and they still would not except them....ridiculous.. avoid them please...vet vets have been up the wall with them and the stress they have caused myself was off the scale...my dog would die if he went without his meds but they didn't seem to care....I was so upset.

Will never deal with this company ever again an absolute nightmare. I ended up asking for a refund I will go elsewhere. Big thumbs down from me.

Having emailed the prescription to them THREE times to avoid any claim that it was not received, I then get an email claiming that they're still waiting for it; an extraordinarily lapse in service from a company that in the past has worked well. Calling doesn't help. The person on the end is understanding and says all the right things, but has no control at all over the people who manage the prescriptions, the same people who chose to send a misleading email falsely claiming non-receipt, rather than explain the reasons for the delays. My dog has been without her medication for a week now because of Animed, a once good service that is now sloppy and inefficient.

Considering all the negative reviews my experience was fine. Ordered flee treatment and it was delivered in two days. No problem at all.

Stay well clear of this robbing company you have been warned took my money didn’t send the goods and also kept the money the sooner they shut these foreign owners down the better and get them out of our country they don’t deserves to serve here

My dog suffers from severe allergies, and Apoquel has been a lifesaver in helping him live a nearly normal life. After submitting a prescription to Animed, and not receiving it I had to spend days chasing them via email and phone, only to be met with automated messages which then cut me off. Ten days later, with my dog having been without his medication for five days (thankfully I was able to then buy some tablets from my vet at great cost) and in significant distress, I finally received this email: 'Good morning, We have been asked by our dispensary manager to contact you as unfortunately a system error has meant that your order was not able to be processed. Unfortunately, your order has needed to be cancelled and refunded in full' You can imagine the stress and horror I felt. Thankfully, I found a reliable company that processed the prescription and had the medication sent to me within three days.

Totally useless company . Ordered on fri 6th sep for tue delivery as I was going away . Phoned Indian call centre who then lied to me saying it was despatched. Tried to email them complaining so they took me off the account so I couldn’t see the tracking of my order. To date iv still not got my order. Requested a refund today but so far I’m being ignored by them Disgusting customer service There’s no ethics to this company I’m just grateful I didn’t do my large order for all my dogs

These are totally useless. For the last several orders we always check the prescription is in place and every time a week after ordering we get a message saying the prescription is not in place apparently the vet has checked it. All I can say is the vets there must be useless. A phone call to customer service each time for them to say everything is in place and then send the order a week or two late. If you need your pet’s medication in a hurry don’t bother with these.

They don’t answer phones. They do t answer emails . Are they even a real company if you can’t get hold of them. ? They charged me extra for express delivery but informed via standard email to everyone everything is delayed. I am very concerned

Absolutely dire service. My dog needs heart medication. So it's vital that I get this in time. Two months running there have been delays which meant I had to buy some from my vet at great expense. Today I cancelled the order I placed 30/07. At no point was I told that one of the prescriptions had run out. So I waited, then I rang, to be told, there was no problem and it would be dispatched Monday. I ring again Tuesday to check, told that my order was not approved? They hadn't contacted me to tell me this. So now, in a panic I have to make a vets appointment to get repeat prescriptions and more meds as I've now run out. I cancelled the whole order today and got a refund. This happened the same last month and both prescriptions were valid. Do not use Animed. They haven't got a clue what they're doing. Every time you speak to someone they tell you something different 😡

I called on 1st July to check stock of Semintra 4mg, I was told it was in stock and ordered it on your website which said 3 - 4 working days to be approved. No update after 4.5 days so I called today. I was told there is a delay and it should be approved today. I asked to confirm there is definitely stock and I was told stock would have been reserved for me. I asked that this could be checked and I received a call back to say stock was received the day before on 31st July but given to other orders and won’t be back until November. I wanted to speak to the manager which they spoke to a supervisor and they refused to take over the call. Appalling. The other place I was going to order this from now doesn’t have stock. Absolute shame on you for stringing me along for a week. RETURN MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY.

Lack of care. They sell medication not candies therefore service should be efficient. Their waiting time so too long and you don’t get to find it out when you pay for order and only like 2 days after. Service that I paid express delivery is now 9 days and they won’t me to cancel it and reorder. Obviously you have to wait 10 days for refund and pay again for another order. I will not use their service again surely

Stay well clear. Mucked me around for a month for my dogs tablets then just cancelled my order without telling me. Ordered from somewhere else and got next day, much easier

They have had my money now for 10 days. Initially, I made a mistake with the prescription because I had used up the allowance and got a new one to them within a day. Staff told me on the phone the prescription had arrived and was good yet two days later I got an email saying I need another prescription! I phoned up again and they said they’ve got the prescription and would rush it through and I had another email saying, we have the prescription but it will take a few days for the Vet to see it, meanwhile the dog is still waiting. I will never use them again.
