Customer Service is appalling. 4 times I've had to call re my order status and 4 times I was told it would be shipped 'today' The last 2 I spoke to both said they would log it as delayed and would escalate. The last girl even laughed when I said I had 1 day's supply left and suggested I go back to my vet for meds in the future!! So rude. I was to receive a call which never happened. I asked if they could amend the delivery to next day due to now being urgent - they couldn't / or wouldn't So if you are considering ordering from this company, I strongly recommend you think again.. I will!
