The absolute worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with! After 2 weeks of chasing an undelivered order multiple calls and empty promises, I receive a final email to say they are cancelling my order, against my wishes as the product is now out of stock. The worst service, full of lies and a customer service department that doesn’t actually serve the customer or have the guts to call the customer in person. Looks like the replacement order I was promised a week ago wasn’t actually sent reading the email chain included in the response. Save yourself time and stress and go elsewhere if you care about your pets!
