I paid for express delivery on 2 Oct and it is now 8 Oct and I still haven't received my order for my cat's veterinary diet. I had made allowances for it taking the full 3 working days so that I didn't run out. Spoke to Animed and it was only shipped yesterday, so late already, and the tracking number for the delivery is not working yet. The chance of it getting delivered today is very slim. They are refunding the delivery cost but I have now run out
of the diet. I won't be using them again and will not recommend that anyone else does.
