My dog has allergies , Ordered a prescription of apoquel 8 days ago they debited my money immediately and I’m still waiting for the tablets to arrive . Checked my online status says ‘ awaiting vet approvals ‘ I’ve double checked my prescription meets their criteria which it does , I’ve tried calling numerous times- answerphone then cuts off saying too busy .call back later . I’ve emailed twice still no correspondance . My dog now only has 2 days of medication left . They’re now putting animals lives and comfort at risk. This is not what I was expecting at all as I’ve used this company for last 2 yrs and they’ve always processed and delivered the meds within 3 days . Somethings not right here i think they’re being dishonest and surmising tberes some licensing problems, therefore I’m intending to cancel my order and ask for a refund , il go elsewhere . Most recent reviews are saying similar .

Placed an order, all in stock. 12 days later not heard or received anything. I got in touch by email and am told an item is out of stock and they're waiting for new stock before sending. In the meantime I have no Renal cat food for my elderly cat with kidney disease. Terrible service, always found their deliveries slow compared to other companies. I won't be using them again, that's it no more chances Animed.

Dreadful Company!!! I ordered life saving medication for my dog over 3 1/2 weeks ago having uploaded my prescription. When I checked back on the website a few days later, to see if it was being processed, it wasn't ! I called and spoke to a member of staff who assured me it was being dealt with. Several days later no order so called again and was told the order was with the pharmacy and I would receive it in a couple of days' I didn't. Now I have received an email from them today, cancelling my order and to try again next week!! I now have to buy the medication at twice the price from my vet as I have run out. Do not use this company, they are a complete shambles!

3rd time now trying to get essential prescription for our dog. 1st time rejected due to date being the same as on previous prescription (even though it was a new prescription which our vet could have immediately confirmed by phone). 2nd time rejected because compared to the order, prescription specified the other of the two variations of the medicine (both chemically identical but one chewable, again vet could confirm equally suitable). Now waiting for 3rd time lucky but due to new system which doesn't transfer order history and no response to phone calls, we will definitely never use them again. Having worked in IT for many years I can confirm (1) things do go wrong (2) customers and their beloved creatures must come first (3) After a serious IT issue most companies go out of business within 6 months.

Note a great experience with this company. If you want regular on time prescriptions go elsewhere as you certainly will not get the service from these people. No answer when phone them, and replying to emails many many days later, very disappointing 😞😞

I placed my order. Had to email the prescription as their new website wouldn't let me upload. They took the money the same day. Sent several emails, with no response. Can't get through to speak to anyone on the phone. Today, 8 days later I just received an email saying the medication is out of stock, they will send it out when they get more in. Oh, and they ended the email with the statement "they hope they have managed to resolve everything to my satisfaction"

Placed order with valid Prescription uploaded, meeting all new criteria over a week ago and status is still ‘validating’ Prescription, sent email, no reply. Tried ringing multiple times trying all automated options, when put through to an advisor told they are too busy and ring back later - goodbye! Don’t know what’s happened to Animed, seems to have gone really down hill so have cancelled order, now waiting for refund, which they debited my account the instant order was made! Gone elsewhere and will not be returning!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Terrible and shocking service!!! Won’t give me my prescription even though my vet has gave them all the updated information they requested! Shocking service! They are failing pets massively.

Disgusting liers.....do not use this company...tried for a full week to get my prescriptions but kept refusing them because of missing information my vet sent through 4 amended prescriptions and they still would not except them....ridiculous.. avoid them please...vet vets have been up the wall with them and the stress they have caused myself was off the scale...my dog would die if he went without his meds but they didn't seem to care....I was so upset.

Have been with this company for a long time. Recently they seem to have delays in answering the phone and delays in dispatching items yet we still get emails advertising their products. The latest problem is that they have run out of my dogs tablets. Have they been reordered, don’t know, when will they be in stock, don’t know, is there a manager too complain to, no, never any available. The last time this happened the stock showed as six tablets available, we wanted sixty on prescription, they have the prescription. Because the computer showed six in stock, no new order was placed as it showed stock available. Surely this antiquated order system is a waste of time. Can the computer not be set to reorder when it reaches a reasonable level, not six. For a company that says it is there for our pets somebody needs to look at their systems and delays. Angry and bitter about customer service.

Have used Animed for couple years buying same prescription repeat medication On the last order they changed the type without consultation to a chewing one rather than the dog’s usual swallow type which we mixed in with food I requested in a telephone call to return the wrong medication and was told by the call handler that she could see the previous orders we’re always for the swallowing type and that was changed without consent or consultation I was unaware that there is two types of pill speaking to other vets and suppliers they sell the swallowing type as these are more easily administered Animed say they are not going to do anything about it and do not reply to my email Be cautious dealing with this company, which I believe are unethical after paying them hundreds of pounds they don’t even have the decency to reply to me

July 2022. I read some of the reviews, prior to placing an order for the first time. However, my experience has been extremely positive. Placing the order was a simple process. I paid for Express Delivery and found the tracking system very helpful. The order arrived on the day and well within the timescale. I will definitely order through Animed again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are aggressive and did not send my medication for my elderly dog that has been using it for years and years. The prescription was valid and they charged me £20 for emailing me to say they did not think the prescription was valid. They are unethical and you would be better off using PetDrugsOnline or Viovet.

I cant believe they still have stock showing on web site that they have emailed me to say is out of stock. When I ordered it was in stock!! They need to update their computer systems on web sites. It is giving incorrrect info. Doesnt help still with a dog who has to have special food & its out of stock.

I ordered some diabetic canned and dry food for my dog who has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. I paid express delivery and four days later I still hadn't received the food. No emails either. I rang and was told they couldn't check anything as the system was down. I did get a refund but I wasted four days waiting - ordered elsewhere for free next day delivery. Would never order from Animed again. Not even worth the one star.

I placed an order for renal cat food and paid for express delivery, after a week I had not even received a despatch email, I contacted and spoke with someone who could give me no explanation of why this had happened. I requested a refund which would take three days and I am still waiting for a supervisor to contact me with an explanation. Should be a no star option!!

Ordered an in stock item. Paid extra for express delivery as I needed it and two days later still not despatched! Apparently the 1-3 days delivery quoted on the site is after processing time which can take 2 days! Customer service terrible 1st call I was told its my mistake the website says 2-5 days so I checked incase it was my mistake and it says 1-3 days. Called back and was told I would get a phone call confirming its leaving today. No call came

It is apparent something is seriously wrong at this company. I've been using them for some time and have always been happy with service but having placed my latest order almost two weeks ago and with no signs of receiving special food for my wee dog I have tried to contact them- to no avail. It is absolutely impossible to get through on telephone and of course they are not responding to emails. They obviously must know how they are letting down their customers - question is why. Why would a company such as this suddenly become so busy. I fear the worse - that I have just given them a £92 contribution! I hope I am wrong.
