3rd time now trying to get essential prescription for our dog. 1st time rejected due to date being the same as on previous prescription (even though it was a new prescription which our vet could have immediately confirmed by phone). 2nd time rejected because compared to the order, prescription specified the other of the two variations of the medicine (both chemically identical but one chewable, again vet could confirm equally suitable). Now waiting for 3rd time lucky but due to new system which doesn't transfer order history and no response to phone calls, we will definitely never use them again. Having worked in IT for many years I can confirm (1) things do go wrong (2) customers and their beloved creatures must come first (3) After a serious IT issue most companies go out of business within 6 months.
