Absolutely not recommended sent in a Genuine prescription paid online.No email or calls from animed.Sent on 14th July I've had to ring twice its now the 24th July.Animed made an assumption it was a Duplicate certificate that had been used but it stated that the prescription can be used 4 times.If they cared for the customer they could of asked why it was Duplicated and rang the vet to clarify but instead ignore the recommended prescription and just kept the fee paid
