Really poor customer service, our insulin order has been delayed by 9 days and without me chasing and asking I'd have had no further information from them. It takes 20 minutes to get through to them on the phone and the all customer service people can do is try to reassure you then nothing changes, and the only way you find out nothing's changed is by calling them again.
