This was my first order with Animed and it was just hassle from start to finish. They are difficult to contact, everything seems to take 48 hours to be actioned and they charge for express delivery which is misleading because their internal processes are anything but express.
It cost more to use your own Vet for prescriptions for sure, but it is a lot less hassle than dealing with Animed
