Tragic customer service in Leeds store, been told I can't use swipe mastercard with ID authorisation if needed,as their machine doesn't have swipe facilities. Even though I was looking at swipe debit card machine in front of me.
Also signed up for emails to get discount for future shopping, only to find out I've never got any emails at all. Not impressed.
