Very very slow delivery.
I have placed 2 orders (US69718 & US69816, 9 dresses) in May 20, 2020. Now it almost 6 months and I've only received 2 out of 9 dresses that I've ordered from them. At first, I am trying to keep patiently waiting for it to come & understand the situation maybe due to COVID19. HOWEVER now, I lost hope already, it's too much because it's almost 6 months and not hear any update from them.
