I made an order in March, for 5 dresses. I received 2 of them, almost 2 months apart and have yet to see the remaining dresses or refund. The customer service for this company is an absolute train wreck, impossible to get a hold of and false promises, also from "Duygu." You can not use the pandemic as a crutch and still not deliver, literally. BE HONEST. Send me my refund if you will not send me the dresses!!! enough is enough.
