Ordered early Sept
after a month, emailed them asking if the item has been shipped.
they had not...
i asked for my order to be cancelled which was cancelled on Oct 7 and i was issued a refund (as per meryem their customer service representative)
its Mid december now. No refund yet. No replies to numerous emails. International phone numbers arent answered.
Still waiting on that refund. 😣
