I am so disappointed by the customer service. I ordered in September 2020 and paid for expedited shipping for over $300 USD worth of dresses for my engagement party. I was excited to support a Muslim business.They completely missed the date they were meant to deliver the items so I canceled my order in October 2020 before it shipped and asked for a refund. I am still waiting 3 months later to recieve it. I feel cheated and I am sad that muslim businesses have such a low standard of customer service. When I reach out to customer service for help, I barely get any replies and no one ever answers their phones.
A message to the company: please not blame your inability to deliver on COVID and instead STOP overpromising to your customers and serve the ones you have before trying to make more money. I definitely will not be trying to purchase again and would advise anyone else not to as well.
