Sam as all these other customers! I was a first time customer. Order number US59115. I messaged them on their website saying it’s been a few months I have not received my full order. They responded saying it’s taking time because of covid, so I gave them
Benefit of the doubt and waited. Another month passed and I messaged them again. An amplifier named Esra said she will issue me a refund. I waited weeks and month and no refund. I messaged again and that’s it, no response. No response from their website help, no response on Facebook ( not even allowed to comment on their posts), no response on Instagram. I am honestly surprised that this is happening to this many people from a Muslim company. Also what shocks me is that even though they owe this many order and returns to all us customers, they are still posting new posts and taking new orders everyday. Worst customer service ever! What kind of company does this to it’s customers!
