Disappointed with Annah Hariri
I ordered 4 dresses in July, 2020. I only got one dress from Annah Hariri company. Now, it’s January, 2021 more than 7 months and I still did not get the remaining three dresses. Very sad and disappointing! I tried my best to send them email and to call them on their customer service number but I did not get any appropriate response. Yesterday I got a response after 7 months that they are very sorry. I am pasting their response which I got after 7 months of my order, “

I asked them to refund my money from months, if they cannot send me my remaining three dresses but they are not refunding or sending dresses. If their excuse is COVID-19, then I also gave them more than 7 months. I am very disappointed as a customer of Annah Hariri. I request all of you that please don’t waste your money to buy their dresses. I am strongly not recommending them. I used to like their dresses but after all this I am not!
