We have ordered a couple of dresses back in June 2020, and only received 1 dress out of four so we submitted a refund.
After we submitted a refund request to Duygu Benli who was responding to our emails, now doesn't reply at all. Duygu Benli lied to us and now ignoring us, as we were told by Duygu that the refund will be processed 15-25 days from that day, and it has been around 10 months, no updates or anything.
Bottom line is they are just using Covid and charity helping Syrians in Turkey as an excuse, as if they are doing charity, they don't know that in Islam you have to do a good deed with sincere intention, not stealing people's money and giving it to charity.
Most of the reviews on this business are true, they are not refunding to most of the people, providing any updates, or replying to any emails.
My orders were as below:
1. Haven't received anything from Invoice Number: US82478
2. missing dress from Invoice Number: US72701, we haven’t received the Baroque Modest Set - US10 / Pink.
They do not reply to any of our emails, but send us an email everyday about the sales they are having. The marketing team is working at their best potential, but the refunding team and customer support are sleeping, bunch of theives, I can rest assured that they will not enjoy a dime of our money, because thieves never do Alhamdolelah.
