I waited for over a month for two orders I made, one day apart I believe. I messaged them several times, all of which they sent the same generic respond of an apology and blame it on Muslim holiday why they’ve been so back up. They were not clear as to how longer it would take, or when they’d finally ship my order. I then finally asked for a full refund, to which then I no longer record a response. I sent the request several times, still no response. I don’t have a response or update or my clothes or a refund. There no customer service number to communicate with. But I do have it all i my email for proof.
