Placed 2 orders. Clothes are well made but a size smaller than indicated. The first order I received within a week. The second order was placed 10/16/2021. I inquired 3 times and was informed they were backlogged. 11.26/2021 a UPS label was finally created but as of today, 12/13/2021, they have yet to send the package. Contacted customer service again, and was informed they were working on my order. This let's me know they do not read emails. To date, they have yet to respond and yet to ship. I will be filing a claim via my financial institute for a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from here. Bad customer service as well as supply chain issues.
